I have had the privilege of working closely with many senior leaders which has helped me understand their unique challenges. A very common theme is that they are often expected to lead others and the business at the expense of their development. Our work in coaching will be to identify the highest ROI improvement areas in their executive roles and develop an actionable plan to address these within the bounds of time and energy available.
Leadership Coaching
Leadership coaching is offered to individuals at any level in an organization. My work with these individuals is often to increase a specific area of their leadership skills such as: Presenting, Executive Presence and Influencing Skills.
Transition Coaching
I work with those facing the decision to start a transition and those that find themselves in the middle of one. Often these transitions are career based such as changing careers and retirement. We focus on stabilization, clarifying values, meeting dreams / passions and ensuring there is an actionable and sustainable plan in place.
