Approach to Coaching

Keith is convinced that our most rewarding lives are lived intentionally. He excels at working with clients who desire to increase their capacity to lead and with clients that are in or ready for a transition. Keith is passionate about helping others clearly identify their goals and reach them. Keith brings to coaching a unique framework due to the combination of his high tech senior management experience and his Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology.   The coaching work is often to intentionally discover what is blocking progress and offer a shift in thinking, adjusting behavior, choosing a new belief. The freedom and growth experienced when one realizes their preferred future unfolding are the results that keep him coaching. He is relationship and results oriented, hardworking and curious by nature. His clients describe him as a great listener and highly supportive.
